REKO Fulfillment, a small family-owned business with over 30 years in the industry, has an immediate opening for an Account Manager to join our growing team and expanding business. This role involves overseeing key accounts, ensuring smooth operations, and enhancing the client/customer experience. Key Responsibilities: • Manage and oversee the daily operations of eCommerce accounts which include US based and international companies. • Act as the primary point of contact for Clients, addressing their needs promptly, and capitalizing on our friendly Midwest-work-ethic reputation sought by our Clients • Overseeing order processing, scheduling pickups/deliveries, tracking/receiving inventory, sending reports to Clients as needed. Qualifications: • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. (good grammar and writing skills) • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment. • A basic understanding of Billing/Purchase Orders/Invoices • Knowledge of Excel, Microsoft Teams, and Quickbooks a plus What We Offer: • Opportunities for professional advancement in the growing eCommerce industry • Generous PTO after 90 days • In addition to wages, generous commission on accounts is paid monthly after 90 days • This role offers a clear pathway for growth, with the opportunity to advance to a Senior Account Manager position based on performance and experience.
