Seeking immediate hire of personal assistant to business owner. In-person/in-office hours will typically be 11am-6pm Tues-Saturday; some flexibility. *This is an IN-PERSON position* This position would be managing schedules, assisting with creating and executing events, light bookkeeping and various tasks to help support a variety of ventures. Some management experience would be helpful as the assistant will also be liaising with the staff, suppliers and clients of the executive’s multiple business units. WORKING ENVIRONMENT: This position requires a high degree of self-starting and self-discipline to be productive and effective. In-person/in-office hours will typically be 11am-6pm Tues-Saturday. Approximately 30-35 hours/week to start while training (additional hours to be available in the future if all goes well) This position will start as a 1099 position. Office in River West / West Town location. Having a car would be helpful. Must love animals.
