Position Overview: We are seeking a Bilingual (English/Spanish) HR Administrative Assistant to support our Human Resources team (People and Culture) during the upcoming Peak Season (October–December). This is an entry-level HR role—perfect for someone looking to gain valuable HR experience while working in a high-energy, fast-paced warehouse environment. Key Responsibilities: Support onboarding of new crew members at job fairs and hiring events. Conduct high-volume interviews with potential candidates for warehouse positions (e.g., forklift drivers, pick/pack, returns, inventory). Enter data accurately into ADP and complete all new hire documentation. Verify I-9 documents and complete E-Verify within ADP. Explain job roles and requirements to candidates in both English and Spanish. Assist with orientations for new hires. Ensure compliance with company policies and hiring procedures. Work closely with the HR team to support the seasonal ramp-up and ramp-down. Adapt to different schedules and locations (on-site at FM Logistics or at off-site job fairs). Provide excellent customer service while handling sensitive information and sometimes difficult situations. Qualifications: Bilingual (English & Spanish) – required. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Basic computer proficiency, especially Microsoft Excel and Word. Data entry experience preferred. Ability to work quickly and accurately in a high-volume environment. Flexible schedule (must be willing to work overtime, early starts, or late finishes as needed). Comfortable working in a warehouse environment (non–temperature controlled). Ability to be on your feet for extended periods of time. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday. Overtime and flexible hours required during Peak Season (October–December). Dress Code: Professional casual attire (solid-colored pants or jeans, no leggings, no tank tops/spaghetti straps). Closed-toe, closed-heel shoes required. Why Join Us?
