Qualifications: -Property management experience, preferably in multifamily. - Strong understanding of leasing, rent collection, compliance, and building operations. - Excellent communication and organizational skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving. - Proficiency in property management software (Yardi, AppFolio, or equivalent). - Ability to manage multiple priorities across a diverse portfolio. - Bilingual (Spanish or Tagolog and English) preferred.

The primary responsibility will be troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems, along with assisting in other general property maintenance needs. Qualifications: Solid hands-on experience with HVAC systems (diagnosing, troubleshooting, and fixing). General property maintenance skills (plumbing, electrical, basic repairs, etc.). Someone dependable who can work independently and get the job done right. Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
