Leasing Agent Local property management company seeking additional team member specifically to fill vacancy. Job Duties: Be the initial point of contact with all prospective tenants. Create and manage advertising -- print and online media Provide clerical office assistance Show available rental properties to potential tenants. Process applications. Create lease documents. Education/Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Certificates and Licenses: Valid driver's license - MUST HAVE RELIABE PERSONAL TRANSPORTATION to quickly travel to multiple properties, over the course of a day.
