Hello. We’re looking for a trustworthy person that is friendly and customer service oriented. This opportunity is to join a growing real estate firm that specializes in managing homeowner associations. We start everyone part-time for 60-90 days and provide you with our in-house training, plus you’ll be working directly with our entire team to support you. Once trained, you’ll become a Community Manager and the compensation will change accordingly. After one year, you have the opportunity to become a Senior Community Manager. This is a work from home opportunity. You have to have a strong internet connection, working computer/laptop, cell phone, vehicle insurance, a clean background check, and reliable transportation. We typically start at $21.00/hour plus milage reimbursement of the IRS rate, currently it is $.70/mile but we are open to discussions based on your work history. This is a TEAM work environment where we support each other. We have weekly Team Zoom meetings to go over any issues and solve them together as a Team. We treat everyone with respect/like adults here and we expect you to do the same for our customers and Team members. We prefer someone with a customer service background but it does not have to be real estate related. Job description continued: You will be in charge of customer service duties such as but not limited to, customer driven phone calls, emails, etc. You will also use our proprietary app, from your cell phone, during monthly drives in our customer's communities to ensure written compliance standards are being met. *If you feel like you’d be a great hire, please upload and email a video, lasting less than 2 minutes, explaining why we should hire you along with your resume and 3 references.
