About the Role: We are seeking a seasoned superintendent with a robust background in high-end residential new construction in the Los Angeles area. candidates must have a minimum of five years’ verifiable experience specifically managing the construction of luxury homes exceeding 10,000 square feet. This role involves overseeing projects from inception to completion, ensuring impeccable quality, and coordinating with our network of clients, architects, and designers. Key Qualifications: • Local Expertise: Extensive experience in Los Angeles, particularly in high-end residential areas. • Project Scale: Demonstrated track record of successfully completing ground up luxury homes of over 10,000 square feet, with a portfolio that reflects high-quality craftsmanship and attention to detail. • Industry Connections: Well-connected within the high-end construction and design community, able to bring in trusted subcontractors and specialists to deliver top-tier results. • Full-Cycle Management: Proven ability to manage all phases of construction, from ground-breaking to final handover, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met or exceeded.
