LIHTC Leasing Specialist – Tax Credit Multifamily Housing (Phoenix)

Site Manager for our property in Veneta Oregon. Elderly complex and or disabled regardless of age, subsidized by USDA, Rural Development and LIHTC. 20-units. Some of the job duties will include walking the grounds daily. Working with tenants on a consistent basis. Deliver notices to tenants. Perform inspections. Create work orders for maintenance crew. Organize turnovers on vacant apartments and make sure that the cleaning, repairs, carpet cleaning and lock changes get done in a timely manner and in the appropriate order. Collecting rent from tenants and provide the tenants with receipts. Make timely deposits at local bank. Deliver recertification paperwork to tenants for annually or interim recertification. Verify income/assets through the recertification process. Hand out/send applications /call back potential tenants. Must be able to multitask and thrive in a fast paced environment. Strong sales aptitude and computer proficiency is required. Previous experience in residential leasing and/or property management a plus.
