Duties * Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve organizational goals. * Identify potential clients and market opportunities through research and networking. * Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business development efforts with overall company objectives. * Utilize CRM software, such as Salesforce, to track leads, manage client interactions, and analyze sales data. * Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure profitable partnerships. * Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies. Skills * Proven experience in business development or a related field with a focus on strategic planning. * Strong sales acumen with the ability to close deals effectively. * Excellent project management skills to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously. * Proficient in customer relationship management software, particularly Salesforce. * Exceptional negotiation skills to foster beneficial agreements. * Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly. * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. * A proactive approach with a results-oriented mindset. * Must have Oregon Real Estate License or Property Managers License * Previous property management experience helpful.
