Our growing apartment community is looking for dedicated Leasing Consultant to become a part of our team! We are currently hiring at our North County San Diego (San Marcos) and East County San Diego (Alpine) locations. Positions Available: • Leasing Consultant: Assist walk-in prospective residents, conduct property tours, and ensure a smooth move-in process. Also respond to email and phone inquiries on available rentals. JOB SUMMARY -Performs various maintenance duties necessary to maintain and enhance the value of the community. Handles service requests for repairs and improvements of vacant apartments to a market-ready status. Works as a team participant along with the maintenance staff to ensure the community meets the quality maintenance standards set by the Company. Follows all company policies and procedures.
