Real Estate Agent – Contract Position A successful residential real estate house-flipping firm is expanding into the Killeen market, and we’re seeking a reliable, professional Real Estate Agent to serve as our local boots on the ground. Position Overview This is a part-time, as-needed contract role—perfect for someone with flexible availability and strong local market knowledge. You will assist with property-related tasks on houses we already have under contract, providing essential on-the-ground support. Responsibilities Run a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) on properties (we have Local MLS access available if you do not have your own) Drive surrounding neighborhoods for market and property insights Conduct interior and exterior walkthroughs Take detailed property photos Place lockboxes as needed Build rapport with sellers and serve as our local representative Provide a basic property condition report Coordinate and show properties to contractors or buyers Act as a liaison between our company and local parties involved Ideal Background Licensed Real Estate Agent (preferred but not required) Familiarity with Killeen - Temple neighborhoods and market conditions Experience in real estate, property inspections, or construction is a plus Compensation Paid per visit/task or hourly (contractor role) Excellent opportunity for ongoing work with a growing investment firm To Apply Please reply with: Your name and phone number A brief summary of your experience Your availability
