We are a small established 50-year-old Better Business Bureau A+ firm seeking a full-time team-member to assist in the management duties of a medium sized investment and homeowner association portfolios in San Mateo County. Local career-minded individuals that reside within a 30-minute commute from Burlingame are encouraged to inquire. In this position, you would assist with both accounts receivable and payable using AppFolio accounting software. You would run the front office, consisting of two owners, both of whom are cross trained in every facet of the operation as you will eventually be too. You would assist with email requests and telephone inquiries (maintenance, payments, etc.). BEST IF: Verifiable specific or related management work experience Good computer skills including Microsoft Office and property management and financial software Presentable front office appearance and telephone communication skills Organizationally skilled with attention to timelines Have a reliable motor vehicle and a valid driver’s license.
