Local property management company is seeking a QUALIFIED maintenance person to perform routine repairs and maintenance on apartments, homes and commercial buildings. Skills required include basic electrical wiring and the ability to replace common electrical devices such as switches, receptacles, and light fixtures, basic plumbing skills to repair or replace faucets, under sink drain connections, water supply lines, toilet repair or replacement, basic refinishing skills such as plaster and drywall repair, painting, and basic trim installation, and lastly basic door hardware and lock installation. Experience in property management building maintenance, HVAC systems, and apartment/storefront turnovers is a big plus! You must have basic hand tools and reliable transportation to travel to and from jobsites (all within a half mile circle, very limited travel distances). We are willing to train anyone who is industrious, has some basic mechanical aptitude, and is willing to learn and develop your skillset. WE PAY FOR SKILLS!
