Book and conduct one-on-one Zooms to review paperwork, answer questions, and onboard new agents. Keep prospects engaged by inviting them to ongoing daily trainings and specialty events until they join. Convert meetings into signed paperwork through trial closes, follow-up, and consistent engagement. Build relationships via calls, texts, social media engagement, and referral asks. Leverage top producers for three-way calls, Zooms, and social proof to help close prospects. Be accountable to KPIs (attendance, conversions, signed paperwork, and follow-up benchmarks).
