




The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational, and communication skills in a professional role. Qualifications: Minimum 1 year of bookkeeping/accounting experience Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel required High rate of accuracy and excellent time management skills Salary: TBD Must live within 15 miles of South Pasadena Excellent customer service with strong communication skills (verbal and written) Works well independently and as a team player Ability to stay organized when asked to do multiple tasks Knowledge of Property Management software a plus Duties include but not limited to: Support day-to-day accounting operations Process receivables/payable and post transactions in Skyline Maintains property liability insurance Able to research and analyze discrepancies Tracking past due invoices Filing and answering phone calls Assist Controller with generating financial information and various different reports, as needed.
