Requirements of the Bookkeeper: • High School Diploma and Associate College Degree. • Minimum 3-5 years previous bookkeeping/accounting experience. • Construction accounting a plus. • Accurate and timely data entry and 10 key skills. • Experience and proficient knowledge of QUICKBOOKS and Microsoft Office.. • Understand (GAAP) generally accepted accounting principles. • Administrative skills and excellent organizational abilities needed. • Ability to work in a time sensitive, deadline driven environment. • Ability to establish priorities, manage own task list and work independently.
