Customer Service Representative – Financial Printing/Typesetting Department Location: Remote 2nd Shift Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Customer Service Representative with 3 – 5 years of experience in the financial printing industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex client communications, coordinating time-sensitive financial documents, and ensuring flawless execution under tight deadlines. Key Responsibilities • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional service throughout the document submission lifecycle. • Coordinate the production and delivery of financial documents including SEC filings, registration statements, proxy statements, annual reports and tender offers. • Collaborate with internal production teams (Typeset, EDGAR & iXBRL) and print specialists to meet client specifications and regulatory deadlines. • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining process protocols accurately with attention to detail under pressure. • Provide guidance to clients on formatting, compliance and best practices in financial disclosure. • Troubleshoot issues proactively resolving client concerns to ensure peak service level performance, satisfaction and client retention. • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, project timelines, and service metrics. Qualifications • 3 – 5 years of customer service or project management experience in the financial printing industry. • Expert in SEC filing processes and financial disclosure requirements. • Strong understanding of typesetting, document formatting and print requirements. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with document management systems is a plus. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field preferred. Preferred Experience • Direct experience working in industry. • Exposure to EDGAR and iXBRL filing processes. • Knowledge of investment banking, legal, or corporate governance environments.
