Small, fast-paced law firm is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeping Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining accurate financial records and support the overall accounting functions of the organization. This role is essential for ensuring the integrity of financial data and will involve various bookkeeping tasks.. Duties Utilize accounting software to manage financial data efficiently. Assist in managing accounts receivable, including preparing and distributing monthly statements and tracking payments. Facilitate and process credit card payments. Assist in managing accounts payable, including issuing payments to clients and vendors. Skills Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills. About This Role: The Loan Servicing Specialist is responsible for overseeing part of our portfolio of loans, by closely coordinating with the current Servicing Administrator and working with the external sub-servicing teams. This position covers a variety of duties including timely processing of any NOD accounts, monitoring and handling of Lender placed insurance, monitoring property taxes, maintaining customer accounts, handling of non-paying borrowers, and providing excellent customer service.
