CORVIDA is reimagining how affluent families manage their finances. We're building the modern alternative to a family office by delivering sophisticated financial management to HNW families through a combination of white-glove service and AI-driven efficiency. Backed by Fieldcrest Ventures, we are preparing to launch with 100 founding families in January 2026. This is your chance to join our founding team and help define an entirely new category of financial service. As Director of Tax at CORVIDA, you'll be the firm's chief trust signal and technical authority for high net worth families ($10M-$50M+ each). This isn't a traditional tax partner track role – it's an opportunity to architect scalable systems that deliver family office-quality service at revolutionary speed. You'll serve as our in-house expert on complex multi-entity and multi-state taxation, QA all tax deliverables to ensure compliance well below industry error rates, and establish best-in-class service standards. You'll collaborate with product and engineering teams to embed decades of expertise into AI workflows, build and manage our CPA team, and safeguard our reputation during the critical launch phase. This role is as much about innovation and leadership as it is about technical tax expertise. You'll help CPAs serve at scale while transforming how wealthy families experience tax advisory – moving from annual compliance to continuous optimization. Requirements Active CPA license (required) 10+ years specializing in tax services for high net worth individuals Mastery of multi-state planning, complex entity structures, trusts, and estates Knowledge of international tax and alternative investment structures Experience managing and developing tax professionals We're looking for a Senior Manager or Director-level tax leader who's frustrated by traditional firm limitations and bureaucracy. You have proven ability to design quality systems and processes from scratch, comfortable with radical transparency and knowledge capture.
