We are a fast-growing staffing and workforce solutions company seeking a Bookkeeper & Payroll Manager to oversee payroll operations and company bookkeeping. This role is on-site in Celina, Texas and requires regular office presence. Key Responsibilities: Manage payroll processing for temporary and permanent employees across multiple worksites Handle full-cycle bookkeeping: accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and reporting Ensure compliance with federal and state payroll, tax, and labor regulations Maintain accurate employee records, timecards, and billing reports Prepare monthly financial statements and assist with budgeting and forecasting Process payroll adjustments, garnishments, benefits, and deductions Requirements 2+ years of bookkeeping and payroll management experience (staffing industry experience preferred) Proficiency with QuickBooks and payroll software (e.g., isolved, ADP, Paychex, etc.) Strong knowledge of tax regulations, payroll compliance, and reporting Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work on-site in Celina, TX on a regular basis Strong communication and problem-solving skills Benefits Competitive pay (based on experience) Opportunity for career growth in a rapidly expanding company Supportive and collaborative team culture

The Verification Specialist plays a critical role within the Accounting Department, ensuring the accuracy of billing and payment processes for both vendors and customers. This position focuses on verifying job data, processing invoices, resolving discrepancies, and supporting compliance with customer requirements. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and an effective communicator who can thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. Key Responsibilities: Billing Verification & Job Accuracy Review and verify interpreter and vendor job data in Interpreter Intelligence (II) for billing and payroll accuracy. Confirm proper documentation, resolve discrepancies, and validate No Show (NS) or Overtime (OT) classifications.
