Job Summary We are hiring in our Fultonville, NY location. As a Truck Service Advisor (TSA), you will provide first-rate service to customers through your extensive knowledge of the products we sell and the services we provide. The TSA is primarily responsible for writing work orders, suggestive selling, and handling over-the-counter (OTC) transactions while ensuring that we are returning every traveler to the road better than they came! Standing, walking, kneeling, stooping, bending over, crouching, crawling, climbing, and repetitive use of legs are done occasionally. The team member is occasionally required to lift up to 50 lbs and/or move heavy objects. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. You in This Role & on the Team As a Drone Build Technician at Unusual Machines, you’ll be part of the core team that brings our high-performance FPV drones to life. You’ll work alongside passionate builders, pilots, and designers to assemble, program, and test custom drones for our Rotor Riot brand—known for industry-leading quality and innovation. This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and highly collaborative. You'll be directly responsible for the builds our customers trust in the field, whether they're racing, freestyling, or flying for professional work. Your attention to detail and craftsmanship will ensure each drone leaves our shop flight-ready and dialed in. The ideal candidate should also have a knack for replacing Enterprise network equipment such as access points and switches. The candidate should possess essential tools like a laptop, drill, Ethernet equipment, and Ethernet testing equipment to successfully execute their duties. Install, maintain, and repair low-voltage systems, including cabling, routers, switches, access points, and other network equipment. 2. Pulling and fishing Ethernet cables to ensure proper installation and cable dressing for optimal performance. 3. Terminate Ethernet cables following industry standards for structured cabling systems. 4. Replace Enterprise network equipment such as access points and switches as needed, ensuring minimal disruption to network operations. 5. Conduct testing and troubleshooting of Wi-Fi and ethernet connections using specialized testing equipment to identify and resolve issues promptly. 6. Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless integration of low-voltage systems with the overall network infrastructure. 7. Keep accurate records of work performed, equipment installed, and configuration changes made to facilitate tracking and maintenance. 8. Provide technical support and assistance to end-users in resolving network-related issues in a timely and efficient manner. 9. The Night Manager is responsible for assisting with management of contract compliance for designated building maintenance services, as well as maintaining the relationship between City Wide and Independent Contractors. Employee must possess ability to review the client contract and check that work expectations have been met. Essential functions Develop and maintain productive, working relationships with Independent Contractors (IC) by communicating client priorities and collaborating on solving problems. Review scope of work and ensure quality assurance per account to retain existing business and gain new business. Communicate with Facility Services Manager daily for any issues that need immediate attention, including the nightly recap via email or phone message. Make recommendations for IC work assignments, manage to client standards and company guidelines and discharge if not meeting service level agreement. Manage inspections, customer complaints, customer requests, new client starts, or VIP treatment needing attention. Execute City Wide’s New-Start Policy, Customer Compliant Policy, Four Star Policy, and other operational policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with client policies & procedures, approved cleaning tools and equipment and their proper use. Other duties as necessary. Requirements High school diploma required or equivalent experience in commercial janitorial services industry. 3 years of prior experience in management; coaching, motivating, developing, and leading a team in multi-unit or locations. 3-5 years of Janitorial / Building Maintenance Experience Strong planning, organization skills, and attention to detail.
