Ductwork – you will perform/lead partial, full, and full-cut duct jobs, either as a part of an equipment install, or as a part of a duct-only job. Attics and crawl spaces – we have those! Attics can be tight and hot, and crawl spaces cramped and cool – these can make for a tough day at work. You will be required to stay in communication with the Project Manager that sold the job, updating them on any potential issues, concerns, or improvements to the install that you recommend. You will be required to stay in communication with your manager and attend scheduled 1:1’s. We have the best field managers in the industry – it will not be uncommon to have your manager work alongside you on a job, particularly when you need help or there is a training opportunity. As a lead, you will be responsible for most on-site customer communications, including job updates throughout the day. Additionally, we would ask that you be an ambassador for all of the other products and services that we offer, to include IAQ, plumbing, and electrical services. You will be required to document and detail the work that was performed utilizing Service Titan. This will include detailed notes, pictures, and videos.
