Job Duties and Responsibilities: Install HVAC systems, such as air conditioners, furnaces, ductwork, and thermostats, according to industry standards and manufacturer specifications. Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and other specifications. Interact professionally with clients, addressing questions and concerns. Follow safety procedures and protocols to prevent accidents and injuries. Complete installation reports and documentation accurately. Maintain records of work performed, including time and materials used. Requirements EPA certification is required. Technical school training or apprenticeship in HVAC preferred. 2 years of experience in HVAC installation preferred. Proficient in the use of hand tools and power tools. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities. Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Ability to work independently or as part of a team. Must have reliable transportation. Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
