Time for the next owner to enjoy and show this American Motors Classic! 1963 American Motors Rambler Classic 770 2-door sedan. • Black with blue interior • Original paint* • Original interior • Aluminum-block 195.6 cu. in. 6-cylinder engine • Three-speed manual on the column (3-on-the-tree) Car was purchased directly from the AMC factory in Kenosha, Wisc., in July 1963 by a retiring serviceman returning from overseas. After owning it for a year, he decided he needed a bigger car, so in 1964 he sold it to his neighbors who kept it for 40 years. We bought it in 2004. Has 68,000 miles on it. Car has always been garaged. Oil changed yearly, coolant changed every 24 months. Engine components rebuilt using the original parts - fuel pump, starter, generator, radiator, carburetor. Rebuilt brakes, exhaust system, gas tank, fuel and brake lines.
