We are looking for a full-time Maintenance Technician position to repair and maintain residential and commercial building in Downtown Oahu. All applicants must successfully pass a background check, essential to possess a valid driver’s license along with a reliable vehicle, previous hands-on maintenance experience, light plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry and painting, drywall, and grounds maintenance. Key Responsibilities: Perform preventative maintenance inspections and repairs (painting, plumbing, electrical, mechanical and heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC), painting, drywall, and grounds maintenance Able to access a small space of 18-inch x 18-inch Ensure mechanical equipment and systems are working in order and fixed as necessary. Excellent customer service skills to interact with property managers, vendors, customers, etc. Involves constant movement, standing, walking, bending, able to stretch during shifts Ensure mechanical equipment and systems are working in order and fixed as necessary. Able to lift, push, pull a minimum of 50lbs up to 75lbs. Walk, stand for a period of time and bend throughout the shift.
