We are a retired senior married couple who would also consider House Swapping Vacations. When our duplex isn't being occupied by our visiting family, we're open to possibly renting to your family of four or less. The duplex has a full kitchen, 2 bedrooms each with 2 twin electric adjustable beds(which can be connected to make king sized beds) and recliners, smart TV in every room, wifi,1 full bath, living/theater room(with 5 swivel rocking recliners), humongous sunroom and last but not least a large waterfront yard with The Beautiful Albemarle Sound as Your Backdrop where the Fish await.
