The early days of being a parent are hard, mainly due to the fact that you never get enough sleep. That's unfortunate, because you miss out on the joy of those early days, when they're little and cute (and don't know sarcasm yet). Give the new mom in your life the best gift she can receive: clear, happy memories with her newborn. I'm Maria, a mom and former teacher. I'm trained in CPR (infant, child, and adult), and was a foster parent for many years. I have taken care of countless babies, from healthy newborns to medically complex ones, and I'm here to offer my services to local parents. My schedule is customizable, but my typical overnight shift would be to arrive at your house around 10 pm, and care for your infant until 6 am. What is included in my services? 1. Quality overnight care: I do not sleep at all during my shift, and focus entirely on the needs of your baby and making sure the necessary chores get done. 2. Bottle washing, sanitizing, etc. No more waking up to dirty bottles in need of a scrub! 3. If your baby is exclusively breast fed, I will bring them to you for scheduled feedings. 4. Clean and cuddled: I have a set schedule for changings, feedings, and everything in between, but I know that the best laid plans with infants easily go off-script. That's why I'm prepared for anything your baby may need, while you catch up on some well-deserved rest. I have excellent references, a clean background check, and certifications on file if needed. I serve areas within a 30 minute drive of Duffield, VA. Pricing is based on nightly rates, or a package may be bought, whichever is most convenient for you.
