Looking to help a dog with a homeless guy.

Long story short, ran into a guy in a Walmart parking lot with a broken down truck and a dog. He's living out of his truck so I helped him buy the piece he needed from autozone and helped get him back on the road. I asked about his dog and he said he's willing to give him up to a better home. Guy is old and in poor health. I have a dog already but she is extremely aggressive around other dogs so I'm on here hoping to find someone that can help.
