You will also act as a customer-facing representative of our company, ensuring professional communication and system reliability. Responsibilities • Install and service fire alarm, intrusion, CCTV, and access control systems • Troubleshoot and repair system issues with accuracy and efficiency • Ensure compliance with applicable codes and industry standards • Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships • Complete documentation clearly and timely Requirements • Minimum 2 years of experience in the security or fire alarm industry (installation or service) • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record • ACE card or ability to obtain one (Company will assist) • California Fire/Life Safety Certification or in progress (Company will assist) • Strong communication and customer service skills • Must pass background check and drug screening • Ability to lift, climb ladders, and work in various environments Preferred Skills (Not Required but a Plus) • Experience with Elk, DSC, DMP, Bosch, Honeywell, Hikvision, Hanwha, or Unifi • IP networking experience • Fire alarm programming
