Carpenter wanted for mobile home and some residential work. We specialize in mobile homes. MUST be able work in crawl spaces in weather conditions, not afraid to get dirty. MUST be a hard worker and work as a team with others to get the job done. MUST be dependable. MUST have valid drivers license and clean driving record. MUST have basic hand tools. Other tools needed for jobs will be provided. Part-time subcontractors welcome to apply. Basic carpentry experience a must for framing, remodeling, window and door installation, minor roof repairs, subflooring and vinyl plank floor installations. Willing to do dirty and hard work on water damages and mold and mildew. Some basic plumbing, electrical skills helpful or a willing to learn. You will be paid weekly and will receive 1099 form for taxes. Great pay for the right person. Pay range of $45-$60 per hour depending on skills, knowledge and references.
