PKL Management LLC is a residential and multifamily builder headquartered in New London and Providence RI. PKL is seeking a carpenter with ten or more years experience to join our team. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:  Regular attendance at assigned location that may include office or other project sites  Follow blueprints and building plans to meet the needs of clients  Measure, cut, install wood framing drywall, wood blocking, cabinets, flooring, trim, formwork, and other materials  Lifting and moving objects and construction materials intermittently or on a continuous basis. Demolition as required.  Use of lasers, measuring devices.  Experience in using power tools, saws, pump jack staging  General apartment maintenance. Must have a valid license and reliable transportation. Must be willing to travel within an 1hr 15 min of New London or Providence. Bilingual: English and Spanish. Typical Hours: 7:00am-3:30am (overtime regularly offered)
