As an Individual Focus Direct Support Professionals (DSP-IF), you will provide specialized supports designed to meet the unique needs of someone with intellectual and developmental disabilities in need of transitional supports. You will assist in the development of support plans, implementing those plans, and working with other team members to ensure their success. Preparing Estimates & Quotes- Calculate the costs of materials. factor in labor and installation costs along with any additional charges. Communicate with Customers & Team- answer questions about pricing, materials, or options. Conduct negotiations with suppliers and subcontractors to secure the best pricing and terms. Record-keeping & Documentation- This includes keeping records of estimates, quotes and approvals. Track which quotes convert to actual orders.
