North End family looking for an organized, resourceful, proactive, and highly motivated assistant to support and streamline the day-to-day operations of our household. Daily Responsibilities * Maintain a clean, organized home environment including daily tidying / cleaning. * Handle all aspects of laundry - washing, folding, and putting items away. * Manage kitchen operations including cleaning counters, appliances, stovetop, and sink. * Maintain tidy common areas including house and mudroom organization. Weekly/Regular Tasks * Meal preparation tasks (not full meal cooking). * Prepare simple homemade snacks as directed. * Grocery shopping and household supply management. * Coordinate appointments and manage household service providers. * Run errands as needed for family and household needs. * Coordinate household projects, maintenance, and repairs. * Organize and maintain storage areas, closets, and general home organization. Requirements * Strong organizational and time-management skills. * Clear and proactive communication. * Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. * Must be resourceful, self-motivated, and capable of working independently. * Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. * Background check. Skills, Pay, Hours You should have some experience as a personal assistant, nanny, or household manager. Pay is $25 per hour. Total hours will be 25 per week, typically from 10:30am - 3:30pm M - F.
