Keystone Builders, a family-owned company dedicated to the development of new residential and commercial properties, is currently seeking an experienced and responsible construction laborer to join our team. Job description: • Contribute to team success by assisting other workers with daily tasks and adhering to safety standards. • Ensure buildings are safe to inhabit by monitoring the integrity of each building site. • Cleaning up worksite at the end of each day. • Effectively communicate with owner and site supervisor to ensure tasks are performed in a timely manner. • Report any irregularities and/or problems to site supervisor and owner. Requirements: • Have a valid driver's license with reliable transportation. • High school diploma or equivalent. • Ability to communicate with owner, site supervisor and subcontractors. • Motivated team player. • Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly. • Level-headed, logical thinker.
