Key duties and responsibilities: • Inspections: Conduct regular property inspections to identify and address maintenance issues before they become major problems. • General repairs: Perform basic repairs, including but not limited to carpentry, drywall, painting, and fixture installation. • Plumbing: Address minor plumbing issues such as unclogging drains, repairing leaks, and replacing fixtures. • Electrical: Perform basic electrical repairs, including replacing light fixtures, switches, and outlets. • Unit turnover: Prepare vacant units for new tenants by performing necessary repairs, painting, and cleaning. • Emergency response: Be available for on-call duties to respond to after-hours emergency issues, such as power outages or water leaks. • Record keeping: Maintain accurate records of all maintenance requests, repairs performed, and inventory used.
