Groundsman Qualifications & Requirements: MUST HAVE DRIVER'S LICENSE Experience working on a professional tree crew is a plus, but we’re willing to train motivated individuals. Must be able to safely operate equipment such as chippers, blowers, and chainsaws (experience preferred). Ability to drag brush, handle logs, load trucks, and assist climbers during daily operations. Must have reliable transportation and a working mobile phone. Physically fit and able to work outdoors year-round in various weather conditions. Must be honest, dependable, and a strong team player. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a bonus but not required.
