As we continue to grow, we are looking for a skilled and motivated Fence Installer Foreman to lead our installation crews. Job Summary: The Fence Installer Foreman is responsible for overseeing daily job site operations, managing installation teams, and ensuring the successful completion of fencing projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who takes pride in their work and can manage a team effectively in the field. Responsibilities: Lead and manage a crew of 2–5 installers on various job sites Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and job specifications Plan and organize daily tasks and delegate responsibilities Operate power tools, augers, post drivers, and other equipment safely Install a variety of fencing types including wood, vinyl, chain link, aluminum, and steel Ensure projects are completed to code, specifications, and safety standards Communicate with project managers and clients to resolve issues or answer questions Maintain accurate records of time, materials, and job progress Perform quality checks and ensure a clean, organized job site Train and mentor crew members as needed Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of fence installation experience (Foreman or leadership role preferred) Strong knowledge of various fencing systems and materials Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and site plans Proficient with tools and machinery used in fencing installation Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills Valid driver’s license (CDL a plus) Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions OSHA certification preferred (or willingness to obtain) Benefits: Competitive pay based on experience Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays Overtime opportunities Career advancement potential Supportive team environment AEP Services is an equal opportunity employer.
