🔨 Fence Crew Help Wanted – Local Fence Company (Lancaster County, PA) We’re a local fence company out of Lancaster County, PA looking for reliable, hard-working help to join our crew. Starting pay is $18 an hour, with steady work Monday through Friday, and sometimes Saturdays when we’re busy. This isn’t a 9-to-5 job — you’ll be working outdoors, using your hands, and building strong, quality fences across Lancaster and the surrounding areas. What we’re looking for: • Must have a valid driver’s license • Must have reliable transportation to and from work • Enjoys working outside in all kinds of weather • Not afraid of long days or hard work • Has basic carpentry or construction skills • Can handle tools and learn quick • Shows up on time and takes pride in doing the job right We understand everyone has a life outside of work — we do too.
