Farm manager ( must have or can get OLCC workers permit) Skills needed Must know basic ipm Basic plant health Efficient in work and time management Organized Can run a crew Not have ego and can listen & follow directions Know basic irrigation Have problem solving skills Speaks English & has basic common sense to call me if there having a problem Can work 10 hours a day 5-6 days out of the week Hours can change but from 8am-6pm Pay starting at 4500 but can change after the first harvest to 6500 if quality and expectations are met .
