Bass player seeking bandmates! (GR)

I am a 38 year old dude looking to find some like-minded musicians, open to starting something new or joining an existing group. Really just looking for the right group of people who want the same things. I don't have expectations from this other than jamming together for fun and writing some new music, potentially some gigs down the road. Anyway, I'm into a lot of different music and not super picky on genre, but within the alt rock realm. Some of my favorite bands and influences- QOTSA, Turnstile, Coheed, Circa Survive, Rancid, lots of old punk, psych rock, classic prog, etc. Again, these are just the first things that came to mind, not necessarily super important. I am not a bass god or anything, so skill level is not vital here as long as you can play and have the ability to write music.. I am kind of getting back into playing myself after some downtime. Also, hate that I have to say this but I am liberal minded and not interested in meeting any bigots or with any political/social agenda.. you know what I mean.
