The primary function of the Property Manager is to handle on-site park operations. The Property Manager will work under the direction of the Portfolio Manager to complete daily, weekly and monthly tasks including but not limited to: · Rent collection and remote bank deposits. · Rules enforcement. · Working with vendors to obtain project bids and ensure those projects are completed within scope. · Collect applications and review for completeness. · Routine maintenance and minor repairs of park infrastructure. · Compose letters of various nature to residents. · Send out monthly billing statements. · Read water meters. In this role, the applicant must demonstrate good judgment, gentle customer service, problem solving skills, working knowledge of park infrastructure, working knowledge of basic Windows based software, the ability to efficiently multi -task and the capability and flexibility to address issues as they arise. The ideal candidate will have handyman skills with basic carpentry, plumbing and be willing to handle some grunt work like digging and cold-patching potholes. We’re looking for an Executive Assistant with integrated project management skills—someone who can help our executive team operate at peak efficiency, coordinate multi-entity business operations, and manage day-to-day project execution. Technology & Automation (PropTech Integration) • Support integration of company automation systems including CRM (GoHighLevel), CompliStack (AI compliance platform), and accounting workflows (QuickBooks / Tradify). • Monitor AI chat and lead pipelines, ensuring prompt response and smooth client hand-offs. • Assist with document automation, data tracking, and cross-platform synchronization.
