Benny's Tacos is a fast-casual, fast-paced Mexican restaurant. We are looking to add a motivated Shift Lead / Supervisor to one or more of our various locations. This is a Hands-On Supervisory Position: FULL AVAILABILITY IS REQUIRED. We are hiring for multiple locations: Westchester/LAX, Santa Monica, and Culver City/Palms area. WE ARE LOOKING FOR INDIVIDUALS WITH THE FOLLOWING CAPABILITIES: - Strong Leadership Skills Positive and Works Well with Others - Previous Supervisory Experience is a (+) PLUS - FULL AVAILABILITY: Weekdays and Weekends (+) PLUS - STRONG Customer Service / Resolution Skills - Previous Experience in the Restaurant/Kitchen is a (+) HUGE PLUS (+) - Bilingual (English / SPANISH) (+) PLUS (not required) RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO, THE FOLLOWING: - Expediting Food in a Timely Manner, Accurately and Efficiently, especially During RUSH! - Maintaining the Restaurant's Overall Cleanliness in Preparation for Health Inspections - BREAK MANAGEMENT (make sure everyone clocks-in and takes breaks ((ON-TIME!)) - Ordering Inventory and Placing Orders for the Restaurant (Weekly, or as needed) - Handling Employee and Customer Issues/Relations, as needed, Document and Report to Senior Management No Scheduling!! COMPENSATION: - $20-$23 per hour plus OT - Tip Pool: $2-$3 per hour / average - 30 hours of paid vacation per year (15 hours every 6 months) - Incentives to working multiple locations - Free meal during Shifts !!
