We are looking for an experienced apartment team to handle management and maintenance for our 58 unit complex. Manager will handle all tenant needs, leasing, advertising, coordinating Vendors, etc. Maintenance needs to be able to balance unit turns, work orders and outside maintenance projects. 2 bedroom apartment and utilities included.
