Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, and hard-working. The ideal candidate is organized, detail oriented, proactive and passionate. The Security Guard will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of Sanctuary Medicinals products as well as monitoring the safety and security of the staff, guests, vendors and premises in our Littleton, MA cultivation site. REQUIRED Must be a positive team player of strong morale character to join our team of champions! SCHEDULE: NIGHT SHIFT: TEMPORARY HIRE - UP TO 3 MONTHS -12 hour shifts Per-Diem or Part time <30 hours per week 7pm-7am Other shifts may be asked of the security team member, on an as needed basis. PTO & PSL OT when available RESPONSIBILITIES Secures premises and personnel by patrolling property; monitoring surveillance equipment, inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points. Obtains help by sounding alarms and/or contacting authorities (dialing 911). Completes reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities. Maintains environment by monitoring and setting building and equipment controls, including controlling visitor access. Maintains Company's stability and reputation by enforcing and complying with company policies and legal requirements. Reports all facility safety and security issues to management Assists in fostering a positive work environment QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent is required Valid driver's license is required Able to pass all background checks as mandated by Massachusetts Cannabis Control Commission Must be 21 years of age or older Strong attention to detail and situational awareness Preferred Experience: Previous employment in driving and/or security preferred Familiar with operation and monitoring of security cameras and access systems Physical Requirements Must be able to lift 50lbs+ with or without accommodations. Must be able to work in an environment with kief in the air. Must be able to use ladders and lifts after training and with or without accommodations.
