Located within 2 miles of Mass Pike (I-90), Route 9, I-495, Route 135 and the Commuter Rail (Pleasant Street). Bright/Sunny Corner 12x12 Bedroom on first floor available with Private Full Bathroom with real porcelain tub (and shower) a few steps away from the room. (It is actually painted all teal now but tenant returning walls to all off -white before renting; teal walls were from an older photo - privacy for current tenant). Hardwood floors, large closet (floor to ceiling), ceiling fan, three really big windows with pull down shades with garden view. First floor has its own heating zone with programable thermostat. (I have my own floor upstairs with my bedroom, bathroom, etc. and its own heating zone.) Ok to bring window air conditioner if desired but fan and three windows provide nice cross ventilation. House has Eat in Kitchen fully stocked (dishes, utensils, appliances, etc.) with Dishwasher, Double oven with gas range, Microwave. Full Size Refrigerator with Freezer, furnished Living Room with Fireplace and Laundry Room (Washer and Dryer) in the Basement. Furnished Screened Porch, outside Deck with seating area (table and 4 chairs) and Gas grill. Driveway parking.
