Looking for a roommate to join me in a spacious 2-bedroom apartment in Everett. The available room is already vacant, so move-in is flexible. Lease starts September 1 for one year but available to move in now. The bedroom is unfurnished, but the rest of the apartment is mostly furnished. A bit about me: I'm a 33 year old female, I work in-office 2–3 days a week for a beer brand and am usually out of town on weekends. I occasionally have a friend visit from out of town (maybe once a month) and occasionally have friends over (maybe one time a month). I’m friendly, easygoing, and love keeping shared spaces clean and clutter-free. I enjoy skiing, the outdoors, live music, hanging with friends, and travel. I'm hoping to find someone with similar vibes—someone who’s down for the occasional wine night or roommate dinner, but also values their alone time.
