Staff4Me is currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Continuous Quality Monitoring Nurse Auditor to join our team. As a Continuous Quality Monitoring Nurse Auditor, you will be responsible for evaluating the quality and accuracy of nursing documentation, compliance with regulatory standards, and adherence to best practices. You will work closely with our healthcare team to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for enhancing patient care and safety. Responsibilities Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with healthcare standards and continuous quality improvement Conduct audits of nursing documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards. Review patient records for completeness, consistency, and appropriateness of care. Identify documentation discrepancies and provide feedback to nursing staff for correction. Analyze trends and patterns in documentation to identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with nursing leaders to develop and implement strategies for enhancing quality of care. Educate nursing staff on documentation best practices and regulatory requirements. Stay updated on industry standards and best practices in nursing documentation. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and committees. Requirements Active RN license. Minimum of 3 years of experience in nursing. Prior experience in auditing or quality improvement preferred. Strong knowledge of nursing documentation standards and regulatory requirements. Attention to detail and excellent analytical skills. Effective communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks. Proficiency in using electronic medical records and other healthcare software. Understanding of quality improvement concepts and methodologies. Commitment to ongoing professional development.
