Focused on assisting the department with proper and accurate packaging of cannabis product, meet daily productivity, quality, and compliance requirements. Accuracy is key. PTO & PSL OT when available What We’re Looking For: Willingness to learn Ensuring compliance with state regulations and company procedures and policies Upholding strict hygiene and cleanliness standards within the room while maintaining an organized workspace Maintaining a constant attention to detail ensuring all information pertaining to product is correct while affixing product labels and/or storing within packaging. This includes but is not limited to a large emphasis of exact units counts Execute all work tasks with sense of urgency Must have the ability to adapt to change Maintain punctual and accurate attendance Contribute to a professional and enjoyable work environment Demonstrated ability to consistently meet productivity and performance requirements Demonstrates high attention to detail Strong work ethic with team player mentality Flexibility within daily required tasks Required: 21+ Ability to lift up to 30lbs regularly Ability to bend twist and climb stairs Repetitive hand movements Ability to work in an environment with kief in the air Strong attention to detail Allergen Information: Please note that this position operates in a facility that processes foods and other products that may contain common allergens, including but not limited to nuts, seeds, dairy, gluten, and other potential allergens.
