Lost Dog: Snoopy the Beagle (Roanoke)

I lost my foster beagle last night. He was last seen in a field near the Best Western. He was a lab testing beagle so he’s scared and not likely to come when called. He slipped his collar so he has no tags. He is microchipped. Please help me find Snoopy.
