POSITION DETAILS Reports to: Team Lead Schedule: Afternoons, evenings, and weekends required Job Type: Part-time (minimum 18 hrs+/week) COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Pay: $24–$26 per hour, depending on experience (DOE) Unlimited free yoga classes at both studios 401(k) with employer match Discounts on workshops, retail, and teacher trainings Growth opportunities in a supportive, community-focused team Flexible scheduling and meaningful, purpose-led work environment KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Deliver outstanding customer experience to clients and prospects Hit weekly sales goals for memberships, retail, and services Keep the studio clean, organized, and welcoming Accurately manage bookings and transactions using Mindbody Online Educate clients about our offerings and upsell with confidence Support studio leadership by offering feedback on operations Enforce studio policies with empathy and clarity WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR 1+ year commitment Strong communication and customer service skills Sales mindset with ability to meet goals Excellent organizational and multitasking ability Able to work independently and as part of a team Computer proficiency (Mindbody experience = big plus) Love for yoga, fitness, and wellness industry Comfortable working variable shifts (weekends are a must) WHAT OUR STAFF SAY "This has been my favorite group of coworkers I’ve ever had.
